Chinese cuisines like delicate shapes and alluring colors in a perfect way, is every foodie’s fortune
to try. So just plunge in and start twiddling your chopsticks to experience the Chinese catering culture
with us. Remember, some of your best memories can well be table-top ones. Now, Beijing greets you with the
first course: her mouth-watering Peking duck from two house-hold restaurants :Quanjude, which boasts photos
of George Bush poking a duck with his fingers and Fidel Castro sizing up an imaginary duck with his hands.
And Bianyifang, with a history dating back to the reign of the Qing emperor Xianfeng, it offers delicious ducks
with a midrange price.
Or you can refresh your taste buds in Family Li Imperial dishes ,Gongdelin Vegetarian Restaurant, or Tanjia dishes,
all of which enjoy great popularity and reputation for their special tastes. Then you may want to try something special,
like street foods or Chinese snacks. As you can see, off the main roads and in Beijing’s alleys is a world teeming with
steaming food stalls and eateries buzzing with activity. There you can take an adventure, eating Kao Yang Rou chuan (lamb kebabs)
or Baozi (stuffed steamed bread) like most of the Beijingers do.
